Besides delivering good software, OmegaCube offers services that guarantee successful implementation for our customers. Our well-defined implementation methodology ensures that customers utilize the software to its complete potential and achieve full businessprocesses automation.
To achieve this, we use our unparalleled understanding of the manufacturing domain and time-tested, multi-pronged approach towards implementation that involves the following.
Business Process Analysis and Mapping
OmegaCube’s implementation approach starts with a careful analysis of what processes need to be automated and new workflows to be included. This analysis becomes a blueprint of what the implemented software will look like.
Also, during the analysis, we identify processes that require module customization and the same is incorporated into the implementation design plan.
System Setup & Key User Training
This phase involves setup and configuration of critical workflow processes based on your business requirements within OmegaCube ERP.
At the same time, adequate software training is provided to key personnel who will be working on the ERP post go-live. This is to ensure that they leverage the system functionality to the maximum.
Pre-Production Pilot
OmegaCube ERP is implemented on a test platform within your organization involving a small set of stakeholders. Here, the software is monitored on how it works in conjunction with other systems in your organization.
Various operational reports are tracked and data-flow is monitored for accuracy based on the set parameters. Any anomalies are immediately noted down and rectified post pilot.

This was March 2020 and then COVID-19 hit. If we were still using the old FoxPro system and the manual way of operating, I don’t think we could have had everybody go home and work remotely.
With OmegaCube ERP, we were able to work remotely and still operate during the pandemic. Even though we just completed setting up our initial ERP system, our employees were able to run with it while working remotely and that ended up working out great. The system operated efficiently for sales, engineering, and purchasing.
I don’t think we could have done that with the old FoxPro system as we did with OmegaCube ERP. So the timing of implementing OmegaCube ERP was perfect.
